EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you find that you've changed your mind about any item, you can easily return it to us within a 14-day window from the date you received your order. To initiate a return for a refund, please reach out to us at hello@bousoie.com. We will provide you with the necessary return address to send your items back.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability. Please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will do our best to provide the desired exchange. In the event that we cannot fulfill an exchange, we can offer you store credit instead.
Refunds
To ensure a smooth refund process, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method used for your order. When sending your items back, please make sure they are in pristine condition—clean, unworn, and securely packaged with all original tags attached. Please note that shipping fees incurred during your purchase are non-refundable.

Faulty Goods

We would like to inform you that returns for faulty items will only be accepted if the faults were present at the time of delivery. To ensure quality, we carefully document the condition of all products before they are shipped to our customers. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any garments that become damaged during washing if the provided care instructions are not adhered to. We encourage you to follow the washing guidelines to maintain the integrity of your items.

Made to Measure & Custom Orders

We would like to inform our customers that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for made-to-measure or custom clothing orders. This policy is in place because such items are specifically tailored to your individual measurements and preferences, making them non-resalable. The only exceptions to this policy occur if the item does not fit as intended or if we have missed a specified deadline for delivery, excluding any delays related to late collections. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
